The house comprises:

A. General

> the house is entirely built on the water (no land) and is accessible by a public path at its back
> approx. 140 m2 of total living space (including ground floor, outer deck and first floor)
> a sturdy concrete base lying on approx. 30 concrete stilts/pillars making it one of the most robust houses on the lagoon ;
> walls structure: concrete or plasterboard walls on wooden frames
> inside walls paneling with beautiful exotic hardwood in a classy dark red/mahogany color
> beautiful wooden floorboards in a matching dark red/mahogany color
> brand new PVC gutter

Note: All elements of the equipment and furnishing have been carefully selected in various locations around Thailand and are brand new.

B. Ground floor.

> a vast, 40 m2 open air living area which features:

– large openings on two sides of the house (no window) with stunning mountain, mangrove, coconut grove and sea views;
– a lounge area equipped with two long benches overlooking the lagoon, exotic wood reclining chairs and table;

– a bar area with 3 stools directly overlooking the lagoon;
– a small, fully-equipped integrated kitchen (sink, countertop, electric burner, microwave oven, fridge, etc.)

> a large concrete (‘wood effect’) L – shaped outer deck (20 m2) surrounded by a wood fence offering 180° panoramic views over the lagoon

> a large, 30 m2 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom including:

queen size superior quality Dunlopillo mattress/pillows  and wooden bed frame

– rattan chest of drawers, laundry basket, coffee table, etc.
– a large L-shaped sofa with cushions
– various elements of decoration (exotic lamps, wood carvings, vase, carpets, etc.)
– a small ensuite bathroom with a sink, a shower (hot water) and a toilet

> a stylish corridor leading to a second bathroom and separate toilet

C. First floor

> a long open corridor leading to the rooms with stunning views of the mountains, lagoon, coconut grove and sea

> a large, 30 m2 master bedroom featuring:

– a convertible sofa with cushions (can turn into a double bed)
